Welcome to our information page! Here, you will find all the relevant details regarding our location, payment options and collection procedures. We aim to provide clear and concise information to assist you. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Payment Informaiton

  • We accept cash or bank transfer. Card payments are not an option at this time.
  • To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required for all orders, whether for a large setup or a collection item. Please ensure this deposit is paid as soon as possible. If deposits are not received in a timely manner, we may not have enough time to order stock and fulfill your booking. Thank you for your understanding!
  • ​Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to secure another date if you need to rearrange or cancel.
  • Please note that if you opt to pay your balance via bank transfer, it must be settled before collection or one day prior to your setup. We cannot proceed with decorating your venue until the full amount has been received. Delayed payment may result in us being unable to reach your venue on time, potentially leading to canceled bookings. 
  • No props will be reserved, no dates will be secure and no stock will be ordered until deposits have been paid.
  • We will not chase deposits.
  • Please do not come and collect your display if the full amount has not been paid. Alternatively, you can pay cash on collection.
  • We will require the full retail price for any damaged props/rentals.​

Collection Information 

  • The Studio address is 69 Courtney Street, Manselton, Swansea, SA59NT.

  • Please park as close to the studio as possible.

  • When collecting any number of displays or large displays. Please collect in a medium/large size vehicle.

  • To ensure there is no damage to your display, it is a good idea to have the back seats of your vehicle down with the boot shelf off if possible.

  • Please ensure your vehicle is at a reasonable temperature before collection. The drop in temperature during the winter months can cause your balloons to deflate, and extreme heat can cause your balloons to burst.

  • Please do not leave your display in your vehicle or garage. Displays need to be kept at room temperature. 

  • Please do not collect your display outside of the collection hours as we may have other commitments.

Collection times 

Monnday - 12pm-5pm

Tuesday    - 11am-5pm

Wednesday - 10am-1:30pm

Thursday -11am - 5pm 

Friday     - 11am - 4pm
